Grand Experience

Unique experience with a private tour and tasting of all Luiano’s expressions (wine and more).

The Wines: Start with an itinerant tasting of our Sangiovese Rosato during the cellar tour. Continue with 6 tastings of different types of Chianti Classico and IGT, including a bottle of 2000 Riserva from the family’s private collection, and two wines with numbered bottles. Presented by a member of the Luiano team and served on our famous talking placemat.

The Accompaniment: Guided wine tasting of our own production wines with food/wine pairings suggested by the producer:

• Chianti Classico aged in Amphora “Tanto di Cappello” paired with terrine and local cured meats.
• Chianti Classico Riserva, paired with cheeses and our balsamic vinegar. Opening of a bottle of historic vintage Riserva directly from the producer’s private collection.
• Chianti Classico Gran Selezione “Ottantuno” & Chianti Classico “LaPilli” the small Selection fermented in Amphora, paired with raviolone stuffed with filling or Risotto with Chianti Classico.
• Super Tuscan LUI paired with Chocolate Tender Cake.

Grand Finale: Choose one of our distilled spirits for tasting: Grappa made from our own pomace or Gin made with local botanicals. Alternatively, try LUV, our vision of vermouth.
