Tanto di Cappello “Single Vineyard”
This wine is a limited edition (max 3.000 bottles per year) and is obtained by grapes coming from a little plot of Galestro Clay in the hill of Luiano.The same Galestro clay is used to make the Terracotta Vats in which the ageing of this wine takes place. This little vineyard is called “Cappello” (Hat), and when we tasted its wine, we couldn’t help saying “Hats Of”! (Tanto di Cappello).
