Wine & Food Experience (from 12am to 2.30pm)
Wines tasting with a starter, dish of the day and a dessert.
The Wines: 5 wine tasting (5cl cad) between the different types of Chianti Classico and IGT, presented by a person from Luiano’s team and served on our famous talking placemat. Obviously on the terrace overlooking the vineyards
The food: Start with a platter of artisan prosciutto, crostone of the day, Terrina dell’Aia, bread meatballs, and a tasting of pecorino with our balsamic dressing. Continue with the main course chosen by the chef (a first course or second course with a side), and finish with our chocolate Tenerina cake.
The Visit: It begins with a walk through the production areas, with fun interludes like our swing among the vines, and ends with curiosities and information shared inside the ancient 14th-century cellars carved into the foundations of the Luiano villa
